3EG 4.10.10 @ The Roxy on Sunset

Hi guys. Barry here… This is going to be a very special 3EG because we are proud to feature the first performance of West Indian Girl on our stage, the U.S. debut of Armenian Space Station and the return of two old school 3EG favorites; Deadbolt Zen and Axia. This is also the first time that we will be taking over ‘The Roxy’ AND ‘On The Rox’. The last time we did a 3EG at The Roxy it was a great event but there wasn’t enough room for art and no place to get away and talk, so we are featuring art with DJs upstairs at ‘On the Rox’ and we will have this room till 2:00 for an after party as well. If you haven’t been upstairs, its a great space for drinks and conversation.

I personally could not be more excited for this event because I am a MAJOR fan of all of these bands. This event is sure to sell out because of the popularity of West Indian Girl, the fact that Armenian Space Station’s fans are coming out in droves to see them play for the first time and the loyal 3EG attendees will be there in force to support us, Deadbolt Zen and The Axia.

3EG Music, Art and Philosophy

Third Eye Gathering (3EG) is a community of musicians, artists and thinkers that appreciate all mediums of art. We exchange expression within a unique culture that is seeded with creative energy and shared openly. Our nonprofit organization hosts live events that weave music, art and philosophy into an experience unlike any other. Our live event and online efforts strive to better humanity by sharing and growing a society that cultivates more opportunities for free thought. Our long term plan is to ground 3EG on its own space, which will serve as headquarters to help underprivileged and disenfranchised youth/adults by acting as a community center for the arts. Because our organization is grounded in music, art and philosophy, we have a unique message to offer people who may have had a difficult time connecting with the rest of their peers. 3EG intends to augment the online message and fund-raising events by providing a schedule of events, classes and workshops guided by our backbone philosophy: to connect on a deeper level and spread the creative spirit and power of the individual. Our event is also known for stunning visuals, in the past we have featured visuals by Wicks Liquid Lightshow and Livid Instruments.
